The Courts of the Lord

Psalms 84:2
I long, yes, I faint with longing to enter the courts of the LORD. With my whole being, body and soul, I will shout joyfully to the living God.

Oh I feel that! Yesterday, I entered in for a bit. My 'court' was dancing, singing, and praising and laughing with my sons and their worship band. Some try to tell me that the priests of Baal did that too. They were trying to wake up their god. I think our praise is so different. We dance like David did in the streets with joyous grateful hearts. We ask Him for nothing. He gives us Everything. He fills us with His Holy Spirit, becoming One with us and inhabits the Praise we bring. He only asks us to be consumed with His Love.

Find a place my friend, where you can enter His courts with Praise and bring the sacrifices of thanksgiving, of a contrite heart, a humble Spirit and trusting soul.

Isa 57:15
For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: "I dwell in the high and holy place, With him who has a contrite and humble spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
