Let us in all the troubles of life remember that our one lack is life, that what we need is more life--more of the life-making presence in us making us more, and more largely, alive.
George MacDonaldUnspoken Sermons, Second Series
I do live expecting great things in the life that is ripening for me and all mine—when we shall have all the universe for our own, and be good merry helpful children in the great house of our father. Then, darling, you and I and all will have the grand liberty wherewith Christ makes free—opening his hand to send us out like white doves to range the universe.

'But at risk of seeming like I take miracles for granted
(which I don't--I've just never seen anything that wasn't one),
I'm not at all surprised.'

Make sure you see the constant 'letters from God' falling all about us.
The last night of Hanukkah brought me 8 lovely meteors and the last day of the Feast of Dedication, I got to go to my great-nephew's baby Dedication. So awesomely fun.
